Having personally rehabbed numerous properties—including his own—Vince helps clients spot both challenges and possibilities when evaluating a home for remodeling. He knows which projects are straightforward, which require more planning, and which might be best avoided altogether.

Before entering real estate, Vince served as an IT Director, a role that sharpened his listening, problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. It also strengthened his patience and persistence—traits he now brings to every real estate transaction. When issues arise, Vince tackles them immediately and stays with them until they’re resolved.

Today, he uses those same skills to deeply understand his clients’ needs and help them achieve their real estate goals. Whether in real estate, construction, or technology, Vince believes success lies in preparation, follow-through, and attention to detail.

When he’s not working with clients, Vince enjoys time outdoors with his family and their Golden Retriever, Bailey. They love camping and fishing in the summer, and snowball fights, sledding, and snowman-building in the winter. A lifelong hockey player, Vince played in college club leagues and continues to skate year-round in a local league. He’s also an avid Boston Red Sox fan.

While Vince works throughout Chicagoland and the Northern suburbs, he’s especially proud to serve his home village of Mount Prospect. A 20+ year resident, Vince currently serves as a Village Trustee, past President of the Mount Prospect Lions Club, and a board member of the Downtown Merchants Association. He’s a passionate advocate for the community—quick to note that in 2010, Mount Prospect was named one of the best places to live and raise a family.
